There are two semi-private golf courses and one totally private golf course on Sanibel and one private golf course on Captiva open to those staying at South Seas. Every country club also features tennis facilities and restaurants. There is also property for sale in each of these communities so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are curious about what is available.
 
 
1.) The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club - A semi-private course where non members can pay to play. This is an 18 hole course located near the causeway on the east end of Sanibel. Featuring beautiful natural scenery, a water driving range, clay tennis courts, golf and tennis pro shops, and a restaurant and bar area the Dunes makes for a fun day of active enjoyment.

2.) Beachview Golf and Tennis Club - A semi-private course where non members can pay to play. This is an 18 hole course located near the beach mid island on Sanibel. Featuring beautiful natural scenery, clay tennis courts, golf and tennis pro shops, and a restaurant and bar area Beachview makes for a fun day of active enjoyment.

3.) The Sanctuary - A private 18 hole golf and country club located off of San-Cap road on the west end of Sanibel. Offering first class golf and amenities including upscale dining, full locker facilities, driving range, pro shop, exercise facility, and tennis courts the Sanctuary currently has memberships available.

4.) South Seas Island Resort - Located on the north tip of Captiva island the South Seas Island Resort has a par 3 course with breathtaking views rarely found on golf courses. You must own or be staying at South Seas or a sister property to play.

1.) The Sanibel Marina - Located near the causeway on the east end of Sanibel offers dockage for lease, boat rentals, boat sales and fishing charters. Also offers a restaurant that is open to the public.

2.) Billy's Bike Rentals - Located mid island on Sanibel Billy's Bikes rents all shapes and sizes of bicycles along with scooters. Billy's Bikes also offers private guided Segway tours of the island.

4.) Tarpon Bay Explorers - A unique opportunity to take guided or unguided Kayak tours of beautiful conservation lands and experience the wildlife that makes Sanibel and Captiva famous. Tarpon Bay Explorers also rents small boats and has fishing charters. While not enjoying the water take advantage of their "touch tank" where you have an opportunity to hold local sea-life or buy souvenirs at their gift shop.

5.) Jensen's Twin Palm Resort & Marina - A quaint little resort and marina on Captiva Island, Jensens offers boat rentals, boat tours, dolphin watches, sunset cruises and charter fishing along with rental cottages.
